3. Prepare Charcoal and Incense: Carefully light a Charcoal Tablet in a bowl filled with salt or sand, then sprinkle Incense over it. The soothing scent aids in creating a calming atmosphere, conducive to healing.

1. Intention Setting with Crystals: Gently hold each stone, focusing on the intention of healing. Visualize each crystal radiating soothing energies, absorbing your desire for physical, emotional, or spiritual healing.
