Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. 

Our shipments and deliveries do not occur on holidays. Please expect delays if we are experiencing high volumes of orders.  You will be notified about the status of your order!

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

USPS does deliver to P.O. boxes at this time.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number after your order is processed (within 2 business days)

Customs, duties, and taxes

Spiritual Phoenix Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Spiritual Phoenix Studios is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship to all the countries except:

  • Cuba (BIS)

  • Iran (OFAC)

  • North Korea (BIS)

  • Sudan (OFAC)

  • Syria (BIS)

Returns Policy

Currently, there are no returns on broken or damaged items. Please file a complaint with your local USPS company to obtain reimbursement.
