Outline

This relaxation process involves a series of easy body movements and breathwork that help us begin to relax, recharge, and even induce our body's natural healing properties.

The relaxation process is followed by a guided meditation on the evening's topic. Using the meditation questions, you will visualize how the message of the card applies to you.

After the meditation, the floor will be open for discussion.

To gain additional benefits, you are encouraged to journal on the topic as you see fit. There isn't a wrong way to approach it.

Tips

  • A quiet and distraction-free space

  • Have at least a 9x9 space to move

  • A yoga mat

  • Put your cellphone on "Do not disturb"

Physical Requirements

  • Slow movements

  • Gentle Stretching

  • Sitting or laying down

  • Be gentle with yourself only do what is comfortable
