After you’ve healed an imbalance in your sacral chakra, daily habits can help keep it functioning correctly. Think of it as a maintenance program for your energy centers. In general, it’s just good spiritual hygiene!

Here are five habits for help you keep your sacral chakra functioning at its best!

1) Journaling

Journaling helps you keep an awareness of yourself. You can benefit from it by processing your emotions, writing creatively, or even making a sexual inventory. When you first start journaling, you might have a lot to unload. However, over time writing a little bit every day will keep you functioning at your best!

2) Explore your creativity

All of us are creative. However, our culture teaches us that for creativity to be meaningful, we have to be good at it—what a bunch of crap. Buy some paint, colored pencils or markers or whatever calls to you and create. Your most significant barrier here will be your inner critic. Practicing this will help you appreciate you appreciate your creativity.
